HOW TO ORDER:
Get in touch with us using the email email@example.com and let us know what you are interested in stocking. We will let you know availability of stock, pricing, shipping time frames etc.
Delivery timeframes of stock will depend on availability. We manufacture everything in Bali so it is likely that stock availability will take a minimum of 4 weeks.
We will provide you with our wholesale pricing. We expect all stockists to adhere to our MSRP, unless agreed otherwise. It is up to the stockist to cover the shipping costs [both UK and international]. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over £1000.
A minimum order of x6 of each item is required.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
You will be notified of the shipment timeframe before you order. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact narlaka at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
